Sloppy Joe Macaroni Skillet

A simple skillet recipe featuring tangy sloppy joe sauce with beef and macaroni, topped with shredded cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef (85% lean)
  • 1 can (15 oz each) Manwich® Original Sloppy Joe Sauce
  • 1-1/4 cups water
  • 1-1/2 cups dry elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 3/4 cup shredded Colby & Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

  • Step 1

    Cook beef in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat 7 minutes or until crumbled and no longer pink, stirring occasionally; drain.

  • Step 2

    Add sloppy joe sauce, water and macaroni to skillet; stir to combine. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to medium. Cook 15 minutes or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.

  • Step 3

    Top with cheese; cover and let stand 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
